Refund policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our sales.
We will exchange the product only in the following cases.
- If the product is defective.
- If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong product.
Please contact us at info@run808.com within 7 days after you receive the items if any of the occurs.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@run808.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

We kindly ask for your understanding with our return policy
Runners Route does not refund cash or credit.We do accept returns for Store Credit and/or exchanges for like new items, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
This is because we have adopted the “Taking Care of Things” concept.
It has become so convenient for us as consumers to buy products that we have less consideration for what we have.
Many consumers shop with a “Buy now, Think later” mindset, which leads to returning or exchange products that do not fit or perform as expected.
When a product that is used is returned, it cannot be resold and has to be discarded, even if it is not defective.
Runners Route does it’s best to eliminate as much waste as possible. We strive to give each customer the best service possible, with our employees being committed to finding the right fit.
Customers are given the opportunity to try on as many shoes and sizes as desired until they are totally satisfied with no need to return or exchange their purchase.
We also want to give our customers the best price that we can. We carry almost all of our shoes significantly below the manufacturer’s suggested retail price(MSRP).
Included in most manufacturer’s MSRP is the fee for return and exchanges, so in deducting that fee we are unable to pay for exchanges or returns on used products.
Of course, if there is a manufacturing defect we make exceptions.
We aim to provide excellent customer service as well as the lowest possible price,
